This project was designed to revolutionize the Tyre Testing management process by shifting from manual, register-based operations to a fully automated system. Previously, tasks such as receiving samples, allocating tests, tracking progress, generating reports, and handling invoicing were all performed manually, leading to inefficiencies and limited transparency. The new solution integrates these functions into a streamlined digital platform, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy. It offers real-time tracking, automated report generation, and efficient invoicing, addressing prior issues and significantly improving customer satisfaction. This modernization aligns the lab with advanced technological standards, substantially reducing the risk of errors and elevating service quality.
